effex: default (Lightbulb!)
I just finished planning my menu for the week!

For breakfasts:

* A hardboiled egg
* A banana nut bread bar*
* Fruit, whatever looks good (maybe apricots again?)


For lunches:

* Garlic roasted potatoes and carrots
* Skillet cooked kielbasa and spinach (like this, minus the potato. I want to do them separately)
* Apple slices
* Pumpkin spice cake (this one, with canned pumpkin instead of apple)

Dinner's a fend for myself type deal. Usually cereal or pasta.

Now I just gotta get to the store, make everything, and bag it up.

* Normally I make bran muffins, but I don't want to bake more than one thing tonight.
