effexJust watched episode 2x05 of Criminal Minds - the one with Elle? 'Aftermath'.
. Gideon (and Hotch, to an extent) fucked up so bad. SO BAD. I really hope the show acknowledges it and doesn't put the blame on Elle, because Gideon is supposed to be the best at this and he missed all the signs and put her in a position to be triggered. Hell, Reid picked up on the signs, even if he bungled the follow through.
I've known they were writing Elle out since the middle of season one, on a gut feeling/storytelling level (backed up by the IMDB). I'm hoping she'll go with dignity. ARG.
I am so pissed at these characters right now, when did I get attached.
Possibly it was the 30 episodes in 72 hours thing. Like TV show stockholm.
Edit: I should add that Criminal Minds is on YouTube, - full eps and decent quality. I love the Internet.
