Oh Yes, Yashiro! - he comes over as such a rebel and maverick when we first meet him: a think the cover helps a lot.

Honda seems like Mr conventionality in comparison. He's such a quiet chap its pretty difficult to put a finger on particular character traits.

It can't have been much fun listening to the other teacher extoling Yashiro's virtues and underlining the fact he's also younger. The fact that Yashiro himself says so little in the scene (and is all in black-with bloond hair) makes him seem more impressive and contrasting with the 'ordinary' Honda.

I liked the scene where Honda tells the guy at the takeaway stand he's a go pro and we see the vendor's surprised reaction that this carreer actually exists - then his acknowledgement.

And yet, if he is written solely as a foil, its intelligently done. His coragious use of the first hand tengen for example, but without Yashiro's style to back it up.

I think the last time we saw first hand tengen was in Kaio Jr High:Copy Go.
