There really is! Dunno if it's government-official, but the atheist blogosphere sure is excited. There are stickers and everything!

* the_future_modernes does atheism related posts fairly regularly, she's probably your best bet for an atheist+anti-sexist+anti-racist+anti-colonialist source.

* PZ Myers at Pharyngula is a good source of US-centric news and has a decent grasp of (white) feminist concepts, but he's incredibly caustic and fails regularly on race and culture.

I'm still looking for a blog (or more than one, if I'm dreaming big) that don't set my teeth on edge - possibilities include Skeptifem, and Skepchick.
