If you're still looking for the scans of the last two chapters: I made a post to the Hikaru no Go LJ community recently, and in the replies someone sent me a link to the last two chapters, which can be found here. The post is here if you want to take a look for the link: http://community.livejournal.com/hikarunogo/414308.html
I really loved the whole last arc with the Hokuto cup, although I can't believe it's really the end. I really enjoyed seeing Touya and Shindou finally on the same team, and I liked that the last storyline remained so fast and intense. I adore the drawing in this series: it's so beautiful!
The parenting was interesting here: Touya wants to move out to get away from his dad? I would have LOVED to see that explored more, as until now we just get a sense of how much Touya respects his dad. Touya's dad not bothering to talk to Touya after the game struck me as odd too, as we always get a sense of his interest in Touya before this, and while he seems to be fairly hard on Touya when it comes to his Go, other characters say that he brags about Touya. I thought it was strange that there seemed to be this shift, and I would have liked to have read more about it. I also thought it was a shame that Shindou's mother just walked out! That was pretty terrible of her.
Otherwise I felt like a lot of the character arcs had reached a good point. They could probably have continued (and I would have loved that!) but I also felt a sense of conclusion, particulary in the Touya and Shindou relationship, and in the most important relationship of all, Shindou's relationship with Go.
I'm really glad I was able to read the last two comics, because I felt like they gave it an even better sense of completion. The arc with the two inseis discussing Shindou and Touya was really lovely, and I'm really glad it ended with Shindou and Touya about to embark on a match together: it gave it a lovely sense that their world was just going to continue.
I really liked that they mentioned Sai right up to the end too <3
