Re: volume 18 - I'm fine combining it with 17 or 19 or giving it its own week, whatever works best for everyone else. Thoughts?

I'd prefer it was combined with 19 rather then 17, I have more time that week.

Seconded, mainly because I think there's a slower pace in 19.
Then again, coupled with 19 it comes up the week running up to the blind go deadline!
