Tomatos, and other things

effexSpent the week sick and working, always a terrific combination, but I woke up today feeling better and work-free, so we're good. Spent my morning repotting my tomato plant, poking around the (brand new, itty-bitty second-story apartment patio) garden, and keeping the cat from going through the rails after the birds. Texas' weather has been alternating between gorgeous and omgtheskyisfalling for the last couple of weeks and today's one of the good ones, so... yeah. Shaping up to be my favorite kind of Sunday.
In more fannish news, I've started up a del.icio.us account - the theory being it's easier to tag something as you're reading it then remembering to post it to the Livejournal later. I don't have anywhere near all my fan-type bookmarks up, yet, but it's getting there.
Been watching a ton (meaning: all three seasons of the 'new' stuff) of Doctor Who and loving it to teeny, tiny pieces. I mean, yes, campy and cheesy and plotholes, sure. But there's also a real depth of emotion and character that really gets to me.
Speaking of, the second episode for season four just finished downloading - I think I'll finish up here and pop it in the viewer.
