Parker, Eliot and Alec walk into a are in a bar after a rough but successful job. After a few, okay, maybe more than a few, he lost track after that blue thing that fizzed in his mouth, Alec asks Parker about the kissing thing again. Obviously it's the perfect time! But Parker's snickering into her cup and twirling a bead necklace around her finger - it's nowhere near Mardi Gras, Alec does not want to know - and all she hears is '...kiss me?'
'I don't kiss people in bars,' she tells him. 'You can kiss Eliot instead.' So he does.
And Eliot's not nearly as toasted as the other two (he designated himself driver after Hardison had that blue fizzy thing), so he has absolutely no excuse for kissing back.
The next morning Alec wakes up to find Parker passed out on his couch and Eliot doing something with bananas in his kitchen. It's only a little awkward.
