'Nah, I'm just a lady in a mask'

Internet, I am bad at parties. Or at least bad at getting drunk and flirting with cute women*, which is what I'd like to be doing at parties.

On the plus side, my makeup and last minute costume (I made a colombina mask! Out of papier-mâché!) looked fab. And I went out (to the gayborhood block party, that is) even though I didn't have anyone to go with!

* Seriously, I got my butt slapped by a hot stranger and failed to turn it into a win. Although in my defense, I got my butt slapped by a stranger.
