Or Etsy but, ugh, fulfillment

Does anyone have opinions re: Zazzle vs CafePress vs Other Stores? I've been thinking about making t-shirts, etc to sell and I'm trying to figure out the best way to do it.

Spreadshirt allows you to do t-shirts "at cost", or so I hear, and the user interface is apparently nice and friendly. Also, I like their tee-shirts.
